The Surface Lease Rental Recovery Partner (SLRRP) program was developed by

Agri-Energy Partners Ltd. with the goal of reducing the stress landowners

feel when lease rental payments are not being paid by oil and gas operators.

The rental recovery process outlined on this website is for Alberta landowners, through the Alberta Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT).  We can also assist Saskatchewan landowners through different channels. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can leave the work to us!  

Our experienced staff will set up a time to chat and gather the needed lease information.  From there, we will apply to the LPRT (formerly the Surface Rights Board) for rental recovery compensation on your behalf.  
 

Our tracking system allows us to follow your applications from start to finish.  

Throughout the entire process, we will act as a liaison between you and

the LPRT in order to simplify and expedite

this complicated process.
 

We have sent hundreds of applications to the LPRT and have been able to recover

hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of our clients.
